How membership works
- WA residents: NWC subscription includes WCF state membership; all WCF memberships are "Premium" with paper copies.
- OR residents: choose "Premium" OCF (paper) or "Basic" OCF (online-only via Google Groups).
- ID: via ICA website; "Premium" option includes NWC subscription.
- ~12 printed issues/year expected; NWC reserves right to publish fewer / online-only.
- Printable PDF form available; PayPal / SettleKing (WCF) online form available.
WA residents add sales tax (combined rate per WA sales tax table).
Online card payment isn't enabled yet, so your order is recorded as pending. To pay: mail a check to NWC c/o Orlov Chess Academy, 4174 148th Ave NE Bldg I Ste M, Redmond, WA 98052-5164, or use the printable PDF form / PayPal / SettleKing (WCF) options — include the email you ordered with so we can match your payment. We never see or store card details.
